How do I join a session?
Open the app and find an arena at your tier. Claim a spot and you are in.
What happens at the club?
Arrive before your session starts and scan the QR code at the front desk to check in.
What if I cannot make it?
Cancel from the app. The cancellation terms are shown before you claim, and the fee depends on how close to the session you cancel.
How does ranking work?
You play, you are rated, and you climb. Four tiers: Rookie, Contender, Elite, Champion.
Who do I speak to at the club?
The club's front desk handles anything on court. For anything about the app, email us.
